Joyce Arthur (she/her)

Joyce Arthur joined DFSL in Fall 2024 as the Resident Director for Sigma Chi and the Graduate Assistant for Chapter Coaching and Development for the Panhellenic Association (PHA). Joyce provides guidance to chapter leaders and supports educational initiatives within the PHA community’s 16 chapters. Originally from Ghana, Joyce holds a B.Ed. in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast. She is pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy with a concentration in International Education Policy, focusing on education policy, girls education, and access to quality education.
