Moving & Break Procedures

All Move-in, Move-out, and Holiday Break Procedures will be coordinated by the Resident Director/House Director with cooperation from the House Corporation and Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life policies and procedures. As you leave for Thanksgiving please make sure you have done the following:

• Take out all trash, recycling, and compostable items to the appropriate outside receptacle.
• Close and lock the windows in your room. 
• Turn off all lights and set your AC Unit to Low.
• Ensure you have your room key and UID so you will be able to get back in uneventfully upon your return. 
• Unplug all unnecessary appliances (TVs, Clocks, Grooming appliances).
• Check Dining Room Fridge (dispose of all produce and late plates).
• Update your RD on when you are departing for the break.
