Ebenezer Mensah joined DFSL in Fall 2022 as the Resident Director for Zeta Psi and the Graduate Assistant for Assessment. Ebenezer evaluates community experiences to help improve fraternity and sorority programming. Ebenezer is passionate about data-driven decisions that enhance community engagement and development. Originally from Cape Coast, Ghana, Ebenezer holds an M.Phil. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Cape Coast. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy with a concentration in Student Affairs, specializing in identity development among African college students and African Indigenous research methodology.
