Kristal Rodgers (she/her) joined the department in Fall 2025 and serves as the Resident Director for Phi Sigma Sigma.

Kristal completed her undergraduate work at the University of Houston, where she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Student Affairs.
