Frequently Asked Questions
The Agora, located at #4 Fraternity Row, is a non-residential facility for use as a student services/programming space by undergraduate student members of fraternities and sororities with membership in the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) and the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). The space is exclusively for members of MGC & NPHC organizations and their guests. One of the key goals of the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life (DFSL) is to provide each chapter with a facility that provides a safe, supportive environment that encourages the development of values-based living and co-curricular learning. The Agora provides a space for chapters to host meetings, programs, and events, as well as be in community with other members of the MGC and NPHC communities.
The Dedication Ceremony will include remarks from Briana Mercado (MGC President), Brian Ndofor (NPHC President), Nicky Pollard (Theta Nu Alumnae), Dr. Matt Supple (Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life), Dr. Patty Perillo (Vice President for Student Affairs), and University President Darryll Pines. Following remarks, there will be a ribbon cutting for The Agora and attendees will have the opportunity to tour the space and enjoy coffee, tea, and light refreshments.
We have invited MGC and NPHC alumni, current chapter members, campus partners who supported The Agora initiative, DFSL staff, and current council leaders to join us for this momentous occasion!
