Brianna Joseph joined DFSL in Fall 2024 as the Resident Director for Zeta Tau Alpha and the Graduate Assistant for Chapter Coaching and Development for the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Brianna provides guidance to chapter leaders and supports educational initiatives within the NPHC community’s 9 chapters. Originally from Tobyhanna, PA, Brianna holds a B.S. in Psychology from West Chester University, where she became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy with a concentration in Student Affairs, specializing in the incorporation of multicultural competence in higher education.
