Maria Scotto di Uccio (he/they)

Maria Scotto di Uccio joined DFSL in Fall 2024 as the Resident Director for Phi Sigma Sigma and the Graduate Assistant for Community Relations, strengthening relationships within the department and across campus. Maria is passionate about equity and inclusive engagement in fraternity and sorority life. Originally from Youngstown, OH, Maria earned a B.M. in Orchestral Performance and Horn, with a minor in Anthropology from the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University. They are now pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy with a concentration in Student Affairs, focusing on the intersections of music, identity, and well-being in higher education.
