What is FSL 101?
FSL 101 is a 45-minute educational program required for all potential new members (PNMs) before beginning their chapter education process. This program reflects the recommendations of the Fraternity & Sorority Life Transformation Initiative and aligns with federal guidance from the Stop Campus Hazing Act.

The Panhellenic Association (PHA) at the University of Maryland oversees the recruitment process for the university’s 16 National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities.
