Ten Terp Plan for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
The Ten Terp Plan on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a dialogue program aimed at engaging fraternity and sorority members in conversations about power, privilege, and oppression.
Our vision is of a community that uses its values to guide choices and decisions, and we are working towards a fraternity and sorority community free from power-based violence. In recognition of the prevalence of sexual assault in fraternity and sorority communities, we collaborate with members and campus partners to provide education, resources, and pathways to engage in organizational and community change necessary in reducing sexual assault.
Our vision is of a community that lives by its values. Today, you have the opportunity to support these values. You can do so by supporting leadership programs that are offered through Fraternity and Sorority Life. You can also support individual chapters by giving to their scholarship or house funds. No matter how you choose to support Fraternity and Sorority Life, your gift today will ensure that we continue to instill these critical values in many generations to come.
The Order of Omega is a leadership society for fraternity/sorority members, only admitting the top 3% of members on our campus. Students must excel academically, must have leadership experience, and serve their community to be considered. Order of Omega puts out an application each semester and chooses about 40 new members for the fall and for the spring.
